Delegates from Welt Hunger Hilfe Foundation, Germany visited Manjari Foundation on 11 March 2019 with the objective to get insights about the organization & its functioning. They also visited Zawar location and attended live SHG & Federation meetings. These meetings opened up space for discussion among the SHG members & delegates on varied aspects of SHGs, VOs & Federations. During meetings SHG women members shared their experiences about the impact of Self Help Group in their lives. Women members reflected on their transformative journey and shared how financial inclusion helps them to reduce the dependency on moneylenders for timely credit services. These women institutions also increased their self confidence in accessing Govt. schemes & participating in local governance. Women members started accessing bank loans to start income generation initiatives & using women institutions as platform in the development process of the villages.

In a small journey of 4 months, Skill Centers have been converted into Production House. There were 140 women, started earning INR 66 on an average and now earning more than INR 512 per day through stitching in a sustainable way.
