[email protected]Harikant Sharma is a seasoned development professional with over 12 years of experience in market linkages, community institution building, and agri-based livelihood projects. He specializes in planning, implementation, financial management, and capacity building for farmers, enterprises, and community institutions. Harikant leads the Enterprise Development Program under the DS Group CSR initiative, overseeing 500 agriculture and dairy-based enterprises. He has played a key role in HDFC Bank CSR’s Parivartan FDP, impacting 10,000+ women farmers and mobilizing 15,216 families into community organizations. With strong leadership skills, he has developed 40+ dairy-based enterprises in Rajasthan, trained 250+ Village Organization Assistants, and liaised with government departments, NABARD, banks, and CSR projects to drive sustainable development. Academically, Harikant holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture (Entomology) and a B.Sc. in Agriculture, with specialized training in various agricultural practices.
