[email protected]Mr. Rajendra started his career in the banking & Finance industry, however, as time went on, circumstances began to change and he was presented with an opportunity to the NGO sector in Accounts & Finance. Taking some time to reflect and he dedicated six years of his professional life to working with the last organization,(Alert Sansthan). Throughout this tenure, he acquired a lot of knowledge and skills that greatly benefited and advanced his career. This new path turned out to be a positive and rewarding experience in the long run.
Mr. Rajendra joined Manjari in November 2016 as an Executive-Finance & Admin. However, he has since progressed to the role of Team Leader-Finance. Throughout this journey, he has dedicated considerable effort to enhancing both his personal and professional skills. Having accumulated over 12 years of experience in the field, he has developed expertise in various aspects of financial management. This includes FCRA accounting, Auditing, Budget forecasting, Preparing Annual Financial statements, ensuring donor compliance, and reviewing financial data, Teamwork, Problem-solving, etc.
