In a move to boost rural economic development, Manjari Foundation have officially signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajeevika). ​This 5 year partnership will identify 10-12 high-potential enterprises and move them from local initiatives to market-ready businesses. A two-day training program was organised at Dariba location focusing on capacity building, teamwork and field skills for the group sakhis. Financial literacy training was conducted in Bhaldia, which included money management, savings, investment strategies, and maintaining income-expenditure balance. Information was also provided about Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana. In collaboration with RSETI, Manjari has trained thirty rural women from Batheda Khurd village, Mawli on artificial jewelry making.

Before joining Manjari Foundation, Vijay Rawat was working at Bluekraft Digital Foundation. BlueKraft Digital Foundation is also the technology partner of the book 'Mann Ki Baat' and 'Exam Warriors' written by PM Modi Along with this, he has experience of more than 2 decades in the media. He has also served as the Multimedia Head of Zee News Channel MPCG, UPUK, Punjab, Delhi NCR and International Channel Zee Salaam. Not only this, He has been a part of Eenadu Group, which we all know by the name of ETV, and he has been also a part of the Sahara Samay launching team of Delhi NCR and Mumbai.

INDIA NEWS Haryana was also launched under his leadership, which is still the number one channel in its field. Apart from this, he has also worked in India TV and Bollywood channel TV 9 Lehren. After completing his schooling in Arts from a government school in Delhi, he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Delhi University and then completed his Master's in Broadcast Journalism from Makhan Lal Chaturvedi, India's prestigious Journalism University, Bhopal.
