[email protected]Anita Sharma, federation manager at Debari Udaipur. I lead SHG, VO and Federation level activities. I am responsible for managing day to day operations and capacity building programs among the community members. I ensure the maintaining of the administrative system such as filing records, office upkeep reviews the work done by the accountant and MIS in charge and monitor the quality of SHGs and VOs promoted and support the VOs to improve the quality and address operational issues. I have specialised in conducting training on women's rights domestic violence and skill development programmes. Joined Manjari in July 2021 with field experience of 6 years. I have done MSW from Udaipur school of social work and graduated from Mohan Lal Sukhadiya University.
