[email protected]Ms. Saloni Jain is a committed development professional, presently serving as Thematic Lead – MIS & M&E for the Digital Sakhi Project. In this role, she leads strategic oversight and monitoring of interventions across Udaipur, Rajsamand, and Chittorgarh districts.
She holds an MBA in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur, and began her professional journey with the Rajasthan State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) as a Young Professional, where she successfully supported and monitored livelihood initiatives across all 33 districts of Rajasthan.
Her core expertise spans value chain development, livelihood promotion, strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), institution building, capacity enhancement, and training design. With a strong passion for rural transformation, she is dedicated to driving impactful initiatives that empower communities and contribute to inclusive and sustainable growth.
