Under the AHT Project, Udaipur, quality marigold saplings were provided to farmers to promote floriculture as an additional source of income Successfully completed a 3-day residential training for the 4th batch of Digital Sakhis from Jhabua and Ranapur Blocks An Awareness Program on Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV was conducted at Government Girls Senior Secondary School to educate adolescent girls on personal hygiene, menstrual hygiene and reproductive health.

Ms. Ritu Jhanwar is a dedicated professional with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She has been an integral part of Manjari since 2016, contributing her expertise in documentation and communication.

Before joining Manjari, Ritu worked as a Sponsor Relation Coordinator at Alert Sansthan, affiliated with Child Fund India, where she gained valuable experience in social development and community engagement. Her background in academics further strengthens her structured and analytical approach, ensuring effective documentation and seamless communication within the organization.
