उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में 30 चयनित महिलाओं और किसानों ने उद्यमशीलता की मानसिकता, व्यवसाय नियोजन, और स्थानीय उद्यम विकास रणनीतियों पर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। Udyam Sakhi exam successfully conducted under the Udyogini Project with support from NRLM Block staff. The event featured written exams, interviews, and inspiring talks. Workshop organized in Kishanganj Baran on green jobs, solar energy, and organic farming with government officers from agriculture, horticulture and PRI department. In village Khor, dropout and school-going girls were educated about nutrition and basic mathematics. Manjari is delighted to announce its partnership with Jhajjar power limited, formalized through an MOU, to drive transformative change by empowering rural women by developing their institutions and enterprises.

Anil has successfully completed his post-graduation from NIRD, Hyderabad. Following his academic achievements, he initiated his career at the District Rural Development Agency in Bageshwar, Uttarakhand, where he worked as a Youth Professional (YP) under the National Rurban Mission. Anil reported directly to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at the district level and the Chief Secretary at the state level. Before embarking on this professional path, he commenced his journey by volunteering at SNH, an NGO. Mr. Kumar is presently serving as a Team Leader in Zawar, Udaipur district, focusing on the promotion of women empowerment through the establishment of institutions and capacity building in rural areas, particularly in the Girwa block.
