He is a results-oriented Data & MIS professional with over 9 years of experience in the social development sector, with expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), data analytics, and MIS system development.
Over the years, he has worked extensively on designing technology-enabled data collection systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for programs related to education, agriculture, community development, health, and fundraising. He has significant experience in managing data operations, real-time monitoring systems, donor reporting, and stakeholder coordination to support evidence-based decision-making and program impact assessment.
Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Data Analyst Data & MIS, where he successfully led teams of data analysts and coordinators while strengthening data quality and reporting mechanisms across projects. His technical proficiency includes Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA, AppSheet, SQL, Salesforce, Python, and automation tools.
Devendra holds a degree in B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and an MBA in HR & Marketing from Subharti University, combining strong technical expertise with analytical and managerial capabilities.
