Successfully conducted a field exposure visit for 20 selected farmers from Jhadol block. Tge farmers visited organic farming resource centers, High-tech vegetable nursery and grocery stores. Recently organised a special event in 5 villages to discuss the potential and aspirations for rural Dhaulpur's development. At Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, awareness programs on Livelihood Skill Development Training and Nutrition Management were conducted in four villages to equip individuals with the knowledge necessary to improve their socio-economic status and adopt healthy practices for a better quality of life. Successfully conducted a two-day Entrepreneurship Development Program training in collaboration with DS Group empowering 30 dedicated women and farmers with knowledge on entrepreneurial mindset, business planning basics, opportunity identification, and local enterprise development strategies.

Hitesh Kumar Sharma is a committed social development professional with over 16 years of experience in the development sector. His expertise spans women empowerment, livelihood promotion, community health, and sustainable resource management. He holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Janardhan Rai Nagar Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur, and has additional qualifications in commerce, IT, accounting, and GIS applications.

Throughout his career, Sharma has worked extensively with NGOs and CSR initiatives in Udaipur district, leading community-driven projects and building capacities of grassroots teams. His core strengths include project leadership, team management, government liaison, data management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

As a passionate advocate for community mobilization and gender equality, Sharma has implemented impactful interventions that bring measurable change to underserved populations. Notably, he served as Team Leader for the SAKHI (Women Empowerment) Project at Hanuman Van Vikas Samiti, Debari, Udaipur, where he strengthened self-help groups, adolescent girls' programs, and federation-level governance systems.

Currently, Sharma is associated with Manjari Foundation, handling two locations—Zawar and Debari in Udaipur District—under the SAKHI Project. His focus is on expanding program reach, improving livelihood linkages, and ensuring sustainable women-led development models. Sharma's approach to community development is rooted in practical, inclusive, and sustainable methods, reflecting his commitment to empowering individuals and building resilient institutions at the grassroots level.
