He holds a master’s degree in Master of Social Work from Shobhit University, Meerut and a B.Sc. from Jaipur University (Raj.). He has 10 years of experience in women social enterprises development domain. He is an expert in Women's Institution Building, Capacity Building, Livelihood promotion, and formulating, designing and promoting enterprises on the grass root.
